Q. How Can I Subscribe?

Q. Where do you deliver?

We deliver daily to your doorsteps across the UAE. Simply choose your preferred delivery window while checking out and add any specific delivery instructions you might have for us in the "Delivery Notes" Section
Q. Where do you cook?

All our meals are prepared by our dedicated Chefs in our central kitchen while abiding by the highest standards of food safety and control. We are proud holders of the Grade A Inspection as awarded by the Dubai Municipality.
Q. Can I choose my meals?

After you place your order, you will be able to see the menu of the week & customize your meal plan accordingly in your dashboard. Please note that you will be able to edit the meals only within then new order session as well as every Tuesday of the week (That day edits of the following week are open for everyone before it locks)
Moreover, meal selection corresponds to the specified period rather than specific days. For example, if you choose beef stew as a lunch option, it may be served on any day of the week. Therefore you will not see options labeled as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday etc... in the selection
Q. Can I freeze my plan and resume later?

Yes. All you need to do is send us a freeze request on WhatsApp 48 hours before your first freezing date. To reactivate, simple inform us by phone or WhatsApp 1 week before your intended resume date.
Q. Do you deliver the meals fresh or frozen?

All our meals are freshly cooked, blast-chilled, and delivered daily in our refrigerated vans at fridge temperature. All meals for the day are delivered together in a single delivery during your selected time window. Once received, you can store them in the fridge for up to two days

Q. Is there any way to order your meals without a meal plan?

If you’re not ready to commit to a monthly subscription, you can start with a weekly subscription to get a feel for our meals and see how much your child enjoys them. However, if you prefer not to order a full week's worth of meals and are looking for one-time options, you can find us on instant delivery platforms like Deliveroo, Talabat, and Noon Food in select areas. You can also visit our store at Times Square Center – 1st Floor to purchase individual meals
Q. Where do you source your ingredients from?

We source the finest ingredients available on the market from reputable local suppliers who are certified and approved by Dubai Municipality. Our food safety and quality team conducts regular inspections of the suppliers' facilities, ensuring that all ingredients meet our high standards. We also monitor the transportation methods used by our suppliers and meticulously inspect every batch of finished products upon arrival at our facility. Our commitment to purity means our ingredients are 100% clean, with absolutely no preservatives, additives, colorants, or refined sugar.
Q. How do I serve the meals?

Our meals are delivered chilled at refrigerator temperature. When ready to serve, simply remove the lid and heat the meal in the microwave, or transfer it to a small pot and warm it on the stovetop. If the consistency of the meal becomes thicker after refrigeration, you can adjust it by adding a little water while heating.
