Delivery/ Shipping Policy
Our meals can be consumed immediately, kept in
the fridge for 2 days or stored in the freezer for up to 4 weeks.Each
package shall contain 1,2 or 3 meals (depending on chosen stage),
stacked in an insulated box with an ice pack to preserve freshness.
All deliveries shall be made in cooled insulated boxes containing the
meals to preserve freshness. We deliver to the location of your
choice - home, work, daycare you name it.
All packages shall be handed to you in person to be refrigerated
immediately if not consumed directly. No packages shall be left on your
doorsteps for health & safety purposes. Our delivery staff will
contact you for up to 2 times to arrange the delivery if the door is
unanswered. Failure to respond or receive the package will not be deem
you eligible for refund.
Return & Refund Policy
Once delivered, our meals are not subject to return or refund. If by
any chance you do not receive your meal, please contact us and your
payment will be refunded or kept as shop credit for future orders. No
packages will be left on your doorsteps for health & safety
purposes.
If by any chance, you instruct our delivery personel in writing or by phone to leave the package at your doorstep, BabyEats shall by no means be responsible for the quality and/or safety of the meals delivered.
Our delivery staff will contact you for up to 2 times to
arrange the delivery if the door is not answered. Failure to respond
or receive the package will not be eligible for refund.
Cancellation Policy
- Auto-renewal Plan: Upon cancellation, the client will continue to
receive the meal plan until the end of the current billing cycle. For
weekly subscriptions, the plan will stop at the end of the running week,
for monthly subscriptions, the plan will stop at the end of the running
month. Refund will not be possible, yet the client can opt not to
receive the remaining meals and shall inform BabyEats of the decision by
email. Cancelled subscriptions shall not be renewed unless advised or
re-selected by the client.
- One Time Subscription: Upon cancellation, the client will continue
to receive the meal plan until the end of the current billing cycle. For
weekly subscriptions, the plan will stop at the end of the running
week, for monthly subscriptions, the plan will stop at the end of the
running month. Refund will not be possible, yet the client can opt not
to receive the remaining meals and shall inform BabyEats of the decision
by email.
- Subscription Freeze: In case of travel or the need to temporarily
freeze the subscription, the client shall inform BabyEats of the
decision at least 48 hours before the freezing date. The remainder
amount shall be kept in the client’s account to be re-activated and
reused upon request by the client. Re-activation shall happen at the
beginning of the following billing week, yet the client is requested to
inform BabyEats at least 48 hrs prior to the intended date of
reactivation.
